How to Order Main Site Adding items to the Shopping Cart Next to each product on this site you will find an "ADD TO CART" button. If there is a product you would like to buy, then just click on this button and the product will be added to your shopping cart. Once you click this button, a page with all your purchases will be displayed. On this page you will have the oppurtunity to change the quantities of each of the products that you wish to purchase. This page also allows you to delete a product if you decide not to buy it. Once you change the quantity of a product or delete a product, you can click the "UPDATE" button to see the total value of all the goods in your cart. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "SHOPPING CART" button. Once you have checked the contents, you have the option to continue shopping, or you can proceed to the checkout. Proceed to Checkout Once you have finished shopping, click on the "SHOPPING CART" button and then click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button. Supply a delivery address Here you will be asked to supply a delivery address. If you have bought items from this site before, you will have already entered these details. Check that the address is still correct and click the "USE" button. If this is your first time buying from this site, click the "ENTER A NEW ADDRESS" button. Here you will fill in the address where you wish to have your goods delivered. Your address will now appear on the screen. Check that it is correct and click the "USE" button. Verify the Order Once again you will be able to review the order and make any changes. Once you are satisfied with all the items in the shopping cart, click the "CONTINUE" button. Select a shipping method With regards to postage, you have three options: Standard Parcel Post Express Postage via Speed Services Pick-up from Aladdins Cave -East Rand Mall Click here to see postage rates Enter Your Credit Card Details Here you will be required to give your credit card number, expiry date, CVV number and the name on the card. This process is secured by a 128 bit SSL certificate, which ensures the appropraite security for submitting sensitive information such as credit card details. Submit the Order This is the final step before your order is complete. Once more check that the list of goods and the delivery address are correct. Simply click the "SUBMIT" button, and the order process is complete!! Returns Policy Changed your Mind? If within 7 days of receiving your parcel, you decide you no longer want to buy an item, simply return it to us undamaged and in the original packaging, and we will give you a full refund. Plaese note that there are certain exclusions to this policy. Please see the exclusions below. Return Exclusions Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund books, cross stitch patterns, computer software, knitting patterns or similar products that allow the possibility of copy. Damaged or Faulty Products If you receive a product that is damaged or is faulty in any way, simply return it to us within 14 days, and we will exchange it straight away - no questions.
