Busy Hands T/A Aladdin’s Cave is a business in the Hobby & Craft industry that sells Knitting Yarns & Accessories, Tapestries, Cross Stitch & Accessories, Embroidery, Paint by Number Kits, Haberdashery and Clock Making.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email.

Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Busy Hands T/A Aladdin’s Cave is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Busy Hands T/A Aladdin’s Cave will notify the customer by way of email, within 2 working days. Cancellation of orders by the customer after payment has been received and the order has been or is busy being processed, will attract a cancellation & administration fee of 20% for all orders under R100 or a flat fee of R50 for orders of R101 or more.

Customer Privacy Policy

Busy Hands T/A Aladdin’s Cave shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Busy Hands’ bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Busy Hands T/A Aladdin’s Cave takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Busy Hands T/A Aladdin’s Cave chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Shop 30, Atlas Mall Shopping Centre, Atlasville, 1465.

Variation

Busy Hands T/A Aladdin’s Cave may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
