A large male may measure 2.7 metres from nose to tail and can weigh up to 73 kilograms. Because of their remarkable camouflage they are not easy to spot but to see a leopard in the wild is a wonderful experience. They often rest in trees or among shady rocks in the heat of the day. Leopards are unbelievably strong and very often haul their prey up into trees where they can devour it at their leisure without being disturbed by competitors. They are more or less indiscriminate hunters but the smaller antelope provide the bulk of their diet. This kit contains 14 count Aida, DMC stranded cotton, a needle, a chart and instructions.
